The Indian Summer is gone and the leaves are changing fast. It's time to check your fall fitness pulse with this 20x20 challenge. We've put together 20 of our fave exercises back-to-back so you'll be back-to-fit this season! No equipment necessary, just bring your A-game. For beginners, exercise for 45 sec then rest.
